Topotecan
How it works
Interferes with DNA replication, causing cancer cells to die. It works by inhibiting topoisomerase I, an enzyme involved in DNA replication.

Topotecan has been shown to improve response rates in ovarian cancer patients, especially in those with platinum-resistant disease.
